Our journey of deciding on a final food development project product was not an easy one. We had many obstacles, but in the end we created a wonderful product that represented our vision and tasted excellent. Throughout this process our team tried to make chicken jerky, a homestyle frozen chicken casserole, and chicken and waffle nuggets.
